Am I correct? What I find confusing on the ASUS driver download page is which ones to choose. BTW, UAD cards can share IRQ's between each other. The warning appears because the device is not yet certified for Windows, you can safely ignore it. Given that the conflict lies in the UAA driver, removing it will let Realtek install itself properly, along with the UAA bus as well.
